SVC—01 — Physical Trading & Sourcing

We source, verify, and place physical commodities between qualified buyers and suppliers. Pricing is structured per transaction based on product, volume, and delivery basis — quoted CIF, FOB, EXW, or DAP under Incoterms 2020. You receive a written offer with specification, quantity, delivery window, and payment terms before any commitment is made.

SVC—02 — Trade Advisory & Consulting

For companies entering or scaling in physical markets: counterparty vetting, transaction structuring, documentation review, and negotiation support. Engagements are scoped in writing with defined deliverables and priced as a fixed fee, a monthly retainer, or a transaction-based success fee — whichever fits the mandate. The model is agreed before work begins.

You submit your requirement or offer. We exchange company profiles and, where appropriate, NDA / NCNDA before anything else moves.

02 — Verification

We confirm counterparty legitimacy, product specification, and supporting documents. If something doesn't verify, the deal stops here — and we tell you why.

03 — Contract & Terms

Soft offer, firm offer, then contract: quantity, spec, Incoterm, delivery window, inspection, and payment instrument fixed in writing.

04 — Execution & Delivery

Goods move against the contract. We remain the accountable point of contact through inspection, shipment, and delivery confirmation.

Asked before every deal.

  • Transactions are quoted under Incoterms 2020 — most commonly CIF, FOB, EXW, or DAP, depending on the product, origin, and the counterparty's logistics capability. The applicable term is fixed in the offer and carried through to contract.

  • The instrument is agreed per transaction and fixed in the contract — typically an irrevocable Letter of Credit or wire transfer against shipping documents, depending on product, volume, and counterparty.

  • MOQs are quoted per product and origin. Tell us your target volume in your inquiry and we'll respond with what's realistic.

  • Company registration checks, document verification against the offered cargo, and — where the transaction warrants it — third-party inspection at origin (e.g., SGS or equivalent). We do not introduce counterparties we haven't checked.

  • Yes. Circumvention protection is standard practice in this market and we honor it — for our counterparties and for ourselves.
